Ya Da Feng Hui New Material (International) Limited, established in Hong Kong, is an overseas joint venture of Hunan Ya Da Feng Hui New Materials Co., Ltd. and is authorized as the global and domestic distributor of polyaniline heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings.

Hunan Ya Da Feng Hui New Materials Co., Ltd. is primarily engaged in the research and development, large-scale production, sales, and technical services related to polyaniline heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings and water-based adhesives.

The controlling shareholder of Hunan Ya Da Feng Hui New Materials Co., Ltd. is Hunan Benan Yada New Materials Co., Ltd., a chemical coatings company that integrates industry, academia, and research with the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. For over 20 years, it has primarily engaged in the development of UV coatings and polyaniline heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings, serving as a modern coatings manufacturer and supplier that has largely replaced hot-dip galvanizing.

The International Business Division is primarily responsible for the long-term expansion of international business outside of China, including but not limited to markets in Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe.
