Introduction
The company holds 16 domestic invention patents for Water-Borne Adhesives, and operates China’s only high-quality eco-friendly water-based adhesive production line with an annual capacity of 10,000 tons. Its green, eco-friendly and high-strength water-based adhesives are widely applied on Fuxing and Hexie high-speed trains as well as urban-standard metro vehicles, representing the pinnacle of advanced manufacturing for high-performance eco-friendly materials in China.
During the international bidding for the fully-intelligent, eco-friendly Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-Speed Railway for the 2022 Winter Olympics, our product outperformed a small number of domestic and overseas manufacturers of high-end water-based adhesives by virtue of superior performance indicators and favourable cost-performance. Extremely Low VOC Emissions
Free from harmful substances known as “Five Benzenes and Three Aldehydes”. VOC emission ≤ 0.1 g/L, far lower than 560 g/L of foreign competing brands.
Odor-free
Eliminates offensive odor caused by adhesives inside high-speed train carriages. Odor rating: 2.5 (solvent-based adhesive: 4.5).
